Who We Are

Employee Owned Manufacturing (EOM) is a holding company dedicated to acquiring, growing, and stewarding manufacturing businesses. We believe that when employees share in the ownership and success of a company, everyone benefits — from the shop floor to the executive team. Our portfolio currently includes D&S Manufacturing and Technical Metal Specialties (TMS): two complementary metal fabrication companies with deep roots in their communities and long track records of serving industrial OEM customers.

OUR MISSION

Creating Value Through Employee Ownership

We exist to create lasting value for our employee-owners through the growth and stewardship of manufacturing businesses.

We provide safe and stable workplaces that support long-term careers, and we create financial security through employee ownership and responsible business practices. We invest in people, technology, and continuous improvement to strengthen the companies we own.

When our companies succeed, our employee-owners share in that success.

OUR VISION

Building Lifelong Stability Through Shared Success

Our vision is to build a company where employees can create long-term lifestyle stability through ownership, financial security, and shared success.

At EOM, we value our employees and protect jobs whenever possible. We grow organically and through strategic acquisitions, diversifying within manufacturing.

As markets evolve, we remain fiscally flexible while staying focused on long-term sustainability.

OUR VALUES

The Principles That Guide Us

Our values aren’t a poster on the wall — they’re the operating principles behind every acquisition decision and every workday across our portfolio companies.

Employee Ownership

We are not just employees — we are owners. Every part fabricated, every customer served, and every decision made is approached with the pride and accountability of someone who has a real stake in the outcome.

Integrity

We operate transparently and ethically in all dealings — with customers, suppliers, partners, and each other. We say what we mean, do what we commit to, and own our mistakes.

Excellence

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and service. A virtually 100% external part acceptance rate at D&S Manufacturing reflects this commitment in action.

Innovation

We embrace continuous improvement, lean manufacturing principles, and investment in new technology. Innovation at EOM is a culture of curiosity and problem-solving, not just new equipment.

Stewardship

We take the long view — protecting jobs, preserving manufacturing legacies, and ensuring the financial health of our companies for the next generation of employee-owners.

Teamwork

Our success is collective. We support each other across roles, shifts, and portfolio companies, sharing knowledge freely and celebrating wins as a unified EOM family.

OUR CULTURE

Led by Owners, Built by the Team

EOM isn’t about a handful of names at the top. Our companies are guided by an ownership culture where the people doing the work share in the decisions and the rewards.

Ownership Culture

Every employee-owner has a genuine stake in the outcome. That ownership drives higher quality, stronger retention, and decisions made for the long term.

Team-First Mentality

We support each other across roles, shifts, and companies. No single person builds a great manufacturer alone — a strong team culture is our most durable advantage.

Manufacturing Excellence

Decades of fabrication, machining, and welding expertise, backed by lean principles and continuous investment in people and technology.

Customer Partnership

We build lasting relationships with the OEMs we serve — delivering reliable quality on time and standing behind every part that leaves our facilities.
